Refund policy

At Vaelor Street, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, returns and refunds are accepted only under the conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

You receive a product with a manufacturing defect.

You receive the wrong size than the one ordered.

To be eligible, the request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Return

The product must:

Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

Have all original tags and packaging intact.

Be returned in the same condition as received.

Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

Change of mind.

Preference for a different color or design.

Incorrect size selected by the customer while placing the order.

Minor variations in color due to screen display settings.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved due to a wrong size sent by us or a defective product, a replacement product will be shipped subject to stock availability.
